Death From Above 1979 – “Trainwreck 1979”

The Canadian duo, Death From Above 1979 is back, after an 8 year break up. They have reunited and are expected to release their first album since their “hiatus” on September 9th, The Physical World, with 11 new tracks.

The first single released is “Trainwreck 1979” and if it’s any indication of what to expect from the album, we are in for a treat.

I have been a fan since “You’re A Woman, I’m A Machine” and was really disappointed when I heard they were disbanding, but I am taking the breakup as a positive sign, as this single is a strong indication they most likely needed the break to regroup and come back stronger than ever.

Expected Tracklisting:

Cheap Talk
Right On, Frankenstein!
Virgins
Always On
Crystal Ball
White Is Red
Trainwreck 1979
Nothin’ Left
Government Trash
Gemini
The Physical World
